DNHL/PAD Pass Ultimate Training combines our DNHL and our PAD Pass programs into a total training package. Two 80 minute ice sessions each week are blended with four 2 hour off ice sessions each week for over 50 hours of training to get the most out of your summer in the most economical amount of time. This program is available to our High School Goalies in the morning or the afternoon.

The Stop It Goaltending DNHL Program (DNHL) is specifically designed for motivated goaltenders providing an environment where goalies are able to train throughout the Summer with their peers while receiving high-level instruction from professional coaches.
Stop It Goaltending has been training goalies since 1999 and we are proud of all the goalies that have come through our system including over 30 NHL draft picks and hundreds of collegiate student-athletes. We are excited to share our knowledge and passion for goaltending with you this summer.
The DNHL consists of two eighty-minute on-ice sessions weekly for eight weeks. Groups are either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. The DNHL program is run at SIG development centers.
On-ice training consists of a combination of skating drills, techniques and strategies, puck handling and competition. A video is recorded and displayed on the ice for immediate feedback.
The PAD Pass is a goalie specific off-ice summer training program designed for motivated goalies ready to train outside the box and maximize their gains over an eight-week period. Unleashed Fitness (UFIT) certified strength coaches Dan Newton and Kelly Willing will push goalies physical limits and our MST G-Lab will allow goalies to improve their processing speed, ability to track objects, improve spatial awareness and body control. Goalies will do exercises that will decrease oversliding, improve angles, quiet the glove and blocker and make limb movements more precise. Capoeira (Movement) workouts will teach balance and body control and yoga will lengthen and strengthen muscles helping to prevent injury and improve hip health. Train like a goalie off the ice and watch it translate to more saves on the ice.
The PAD Pass begins on Monday, June 16th, 2025 and ends on Thursday, August 14th, 2025. The week of July 14th is a break week.

The “Be A Pro” program is designed by Brian Daccord for goalies with the drive and determination to take their development to the highest levels. A former goaltending coach of the Boston Bruins, goaltending scout for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Goaltending Director of the Arizona Coyotes and current goaltending coach at Boston University, Brian Daccord is regarded as a worldwide leader in goaltending development. This is a four week program that incorporates both on and off ice training as well as mindset development and a thorough analysis into personal strengths and areas of focus. There is both a Jr/College/Pro group as well as a 16U/18U group. Two different four week sessions are offered during the summer for each group.
